Our Gem Squash is ideal for stuffing and baking.
HOW TO USE
- Halve and deseed the gem squash and cook in salted boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from the water, drain and place onto a baking tray.
- Add fresh thyme sprigs and dot Gorgonzola, mozzarella and butter onto the gem squash halves and season to taste.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
