Spaghettoni is distinguished by its thicker strands and firm bite, offering a satisfyingly robust take on classic spaghetti. Made from 100% premium durum wheat, it is produced in the Puglian region of Southern Italy by a family‑owned producer established in 1930. Extruded using traditional bronze dies, it has a gently rough texture that clings beautifully to sauce, delivering a rich, authentic Italian pasta experience ideal for considered, comforting meals.

 

HOW TO USE

  • Cook on the hob in 12 minutes till al dente.
  • Pour our delicious napoletana pasta sauce, imported from Italy, onto your cooked spaghettoni and top with some freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  • Pairs beautifully with rich, slow‑cooked sauces that cling to its thicker strands. 
  • Serve with a classic beef ragù, a garlic‑scented tomato sugo, or a simple olive oil and chilli dressing finished with aged Pecorino for a generously flavoured, comforting pasta dish.
