Our classic Christmas Roasted Onion and Parsley Stuffing is a festive must-have. Roasted onions and fresh parsley create a delicious savoury flavour with a wonderfully moist texture. This traditional side is the perfect accompaniment to your succulent roast turkey or chicken and will be a firm family favourite at your table this festive season.

HOW TO USE

• Use 1¹/₃  cup of stuffing for 1 turkey or 2 chickens (approximately 1.3 kg per chicken
• For best results always remove the turkey or the chicken from the fridge 30 minutes before stuffing and roasting.
