This creamy salsa is made with roasted peanuts, arbol chilli and coriander. 

In Mexico, peanuts are known as cacahuate. This variety of peanuts which originate in Mexico, are small kernels covered with a reddish/brown skin. Arbol chillies are small and potent Mexican chillies which adds to the overall flavour. 

HOW TO USE

• Serve with grilled meat, prawns and fish. 
• Finish off tacos with a dollop of this creamy, spicy salsa. 
• Once opened, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
