HOW TO USE

• Layer in cakes, cheesecakes, or pavlovas for a burst of flavour and colour. 
• ClemenGold® slices can be tossed into salads with fennel, avocado or beetroot for a tangy contrast, or added to cocktails, mocktails or sangrias for citrus notes. 
• They also pair well with soft cheeses like brie or ricotta.
• Store in a cool. dry place
• Once opened, keep refrigerated under syrup and use within 2 weeks
