Our Calabrian Spicy Salsiccia Salami Ragu is made using Italian tomatoes combined with Calabrian pork sausage and hand-picked chillies. The rich sauce is slow cooked with in small batches with Chianti D.O.C.G  red wine from the Tuscany region.

HOW TO USE

• Shake well before use. 
• Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring stirring occassionally. 
• Do not boil or reheat.
• Ideal served with any freshly cooked pasta.
