Our creamy mushroom and truffle sauce is made with hand-picked mushrooms from Calabria and mascarpone sourced from Piedmont. This sauce combines regional Italian ingredients, slow cooked in small batches, for a smooth, rich flavour. Finished with black truffle for added depth. 

HOW TO USE

• Some separation may occur. shake well before use. 
• Heat contents gently in a saucepan, stirring occassionally. 
• Do not boil or reheat.
• Ideal served with freshly cooked egg tagliatelle.
