Our Pad Thai Sauce is a savoury, sweet, spicy, Thai inspired sauce with tamarind. Pad Thai, or Phad Thai, is known as Thailand's national dish. The word "Pad, directly translates to fried.
HOW TO USE
- This popular street food dish mainly consists of a mix of rice noodles, prawns, Pad Thai sauce, bean sprouts, and peanuts.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Refrigerate after opening and use within 2 weeks.

RECIPE SUGGESTION
- Prepare 200 g of Pad Thai noodles, fresh or prepared dry according to ack instructions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 sliced brown onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add seasoned 200 g thinly sliced skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the pan, and pour 2 eggs (lightly whisked) on the other side.
- Scramble using the wooden spoon (add a splash of oil if the pan is too dry), then mix into chicken.
- Add fresh Mung Bean Sprouts, cooked Pad Thai noodles and half the bottle of Pad Thai Sauce.
- Toss gently for a minute until heated through.
- Stir through a handful of roughly chopped, roasted and salted peanuts.
- To serve: divide the noodles into 2 bowls, sprinkle with remaining peanuts and lime wedges on the side.
- For a kick of heat, add a sprinkle of chilli.
- Serves 2
