Our Smoked sardines are wild caught in the north east Atlantic, smoked, and canned in vegetable oil. Sardines are very high in omega 3.

HOW TO USE

• Decant from the can and lightly flake sardines with a fork. 
• Serve as a snack on crackers with freshly squeezed lemon juice. 
• Decant into a lidded, non-metallic container. 
• Refrigerate and use within 1 day.
