Our mackerel is caught in the north eastern Atlantic Sea, grilled to enhance the flavour and added to vegetable oil that has been flavoured with lemon. 

 

HOW TO USE

• Decant from can and serve on a slice of toast with avocado and season with pepper. 
• Decant into a lidded, non-metallic container. 
• Refrigerate and use within 1 day.
