Our succulent Whole Lamb Rib is air-dried for extra buttery flavour and seasoned with salt, black pepper and roasted coriander. 

Air-drying and salting is a traditional South African way of preserving meat. Air-dried indicates that the meat has been exposed to dry, cold air for an amount of time, this develops full-rounded flavours.
