Bring the taste of the coast to your table with our West Coast Mussels! These succulent mussels are paired with a rich lemon and garlic butter that melts perfectly into the tender meat. Serve them with a side of steamed jasmine rice or a thick slice of crusty bread to soak up every last drop of that delicious sauce.

 

HOW TO USE

  • The liquid in the tray is inherent to the product and adds flavour to the dish. Do not drain the liquid from the mussels in the tray. Decant the mussels and liquid in the tray into a pot along with the butter discs. Place the pot on the stove, on medium heat, with the lid on. Cook the mussels and butter together, for 8-10 minutes, with the lid on. Stir occasionally until the mussels are cooked. For a thicker sauce consistency, remove the lid and reduce further. Serve immediately while hot.
