HOW TO USE

• Use 20 ml (equivalent to 4 teaspoons) twice daily, after thoroughly brushing your teeth.
• Rinse the mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, then spit out. 
• Use undiluted.
• Do not swallow. 
• It is recommended to abstain from eating and drinking for 30 mins after using a mouthwash.
