HOW TO USE

• Enjoy raw or cooked
• Radicchio is a type of chicory and is closely related to endive. It becomes silky and aromatic when sauteed and a hint of honey adds sweetness. A great side to roast meats or Italian sausage. 
• Enjoy raw in a salad with blue cheese, pears, walnuts, and a citrus vinaigrette to balance Radicchio's characteristic bitterness.
