HOW TO USE

• Lift cake from the box, using cardboard base.
• Remove the cardboard collar.
• Place on a serving plate and leave to defrost at room temperature for approximately 3 and a half hours or in a refrigerator overnight.
• Thaw and serve
• Garnish this decadent cake with fresh berries, crisp meringue pieces and drizzled with a berry coulis.
