Our Classic Cheese Risotto is made with arborio rice, onion, cream and a mix of emmental and cheddar cheese. Serve simply garnished with freshly chopped parsley, peas and grated parmesan cheese or it could be used to accompany a meal or to create a more elaborate risotto dish. For a seafood risotto, add lemon butter prawns, a sprinkling of smoked paprika and freshly chopped herbs.
