This pasta is inspired by the artisanal craftsmanship of Signor Vasco Lensi, who practiced l’arte della pasta in the medieval village of Vinci in 1920. Originally, the Lensi family handmade small batches of pasta and left them to dry in the sun-drenched open air before delivering them through the hillsides of Florence. Crafted from quality semolina to ensure the perfect texture for your favorite recipes. These sheets provide the ideal foundation for a comforting layered dish, whether it's a traditional meat, tuna, or vegetable lasagne.
HOW TO USE
- Serve your dish with a green salad and garlic bread. Buon Appetito!
- Cooking Instructions
- HOB · 8 - 10 minutes
- Bring 3 litres of water to the boil and add salt to taste.
- Add lasagne sheets and stir occasionally. Cook briskly for approximately 8 - 10 minutes or until 'al dente'.
- Drain in a colander and lay separately on a tea cloth to dry for 1 minute.
- Layer lasagne sheets with your favourite fillings and bake according to recipe.
