Our Vintner's Brie is a full fat, semi-soft white mould cheese. We've matured it for a minimum of 4 weeks to give it a soft and creamy texture and a rustic flavour.

HOW TO USE

• Remove from fridge 1 hour before serving, allowing the flavour of this cheese to develop.
