• Our savoury snacks, squares, and straws are lovingly made by members of the local community in the picturesque heart of the Boland.
• Drawing inspiration directly from the home kitchen, we produce these delights in smaller batches, prioritising the use of locally sourced ingredients.
• Our signature flaky pastry is the result of a dedicated two-day process. It's repeatedly folded and sheeted to create its characteristic delicate layers. Following this, the pastry is hand-twisted, twice-baked to golden perfection, and finally, hand-packed with care
