Our Kombucha is a batch brewed sweetened tea naturally fermented with a SCOBY (symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). These organisms consume some of the sugar creating a light fizz and a tangy taste.

• 14% apple, ginger and lemon juice
• Keep refrigerated
• Drink within 2 days of opening. Do not shake. Open slowly. Natural separation may occur.
