Our scrumptious and quick to heat Multiseed Wraps are made with sesame, flax and poppy seeds.

HOW TO USE

• Oven: Cover wrap in foil, place in a 180°C preheated oven and heat for 3 minutes
• Dry Fry: Place 1 wrap in a hot and dry frying pan and heat for 15 seconds - turn over halfway
• Microwave: Place on a microwavable plate and put on 100% power for 20 seconds for 1 wrap. For 8 wraps microwave for 45 seconds
• Suitable for home freezing.
