The Soetkoekie Stars are hand cut, baked and sprinkled with sugar while still warm. When we make the Choc Swirls, 2 layers of dough are rolled to form a spiral, then cut, baked and packed by hand. The Mini Gingerbread People are hand cut, baked twice and packed by hand.
