Our Mini Iced Brandy Fruit Cake is made with juicy South African vine fruits, butter and azo dye-free cherries, dosed with brandy. Hand-decorated with ground almond marzipan and icing. Expertly crafted and locally baked. Made with free range eggs.

HOW TO USE

• Pop these into Christmas stockings, or use them as individual pudding servings on the holiday lunch or dinner table.
• Remove all packaging and place cake on a flat surface. Slice with a hot, serrated knife in a sawing action. Cleaning the knife blade between slices helps prevent crumbling.
