HOW TO USE

• Serve as an attractive snack on skewers with cubes of hard cheese (like Cheddar), or enjoy straight from the jar, drizzled with olive oil and accompanied by crackers.

• Use as a flavourful ingredient or topping in savoury dishes like Moroccan tagines or to create a sweet glaze for roasted chicken or pork.
