How much does it cost to book a virtual Consultation?
Our virtual consultation service is complementary.
What are the dates and times available?
Our team of beauty experts are available at selected times within store operating hours. The booking system on our website automatically shows you all the dates and times available for you to choose.
How do I join the video call with the Beauty Consultant?
You will receive a confirmation email right after you have completed the booking on our website. In the email, you will find a Microsoft Teams link to join the video call. If you do not have the Microsoft Teams account or app, simply join as a guest via the web.
How long are the virtual Consultations?
Both the skincare and makeup consultations are 30 minutes. The duration of the service is indicated on our website.
What information about myself do I need to provide?
You will be asked to provide your contact details along with some areas of concern that you will like us to address in the video call, which will help our beauty experts come better prepared to help you.
What do I need for the video call?
You will need to have a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection and a device to use for the video call. For the best experience, we also recommend that you are in a quiet environment with natural light.
If you have requested for help with makeup application techniques, you might want to have a mirror and relevant tools ready, if you are planning on trying out new makeup techniques on the spot.
Will I be able to join the video call from my mobile device?
Yes, guest users will be able to download the Microsoft Teams app for free and join the call from their mobile device. We advise allowing 2-5 minutes to download the Microsoft Teams app to your device. Note: If using a mobile device, you won’t be able to use the web version of Microsoft Teams.
