Home-made garlic-and-herb baguette

Ingredients
- 4 baguettes
- 6 sprigs oregano
- 15 g Chives, thinly sliced
- 30 g Italian parsley
- 2 tsp Sage, chopped
- 40 g Butter

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix 150 g softened butter with 2 t chopped sage, 1 T chopped Italian parsley, 2 t chopped chives, 1 t chopped oregano and season to taste.
- Spread onto sliced baguettes and bake in tinfoil for 5 minutes, or until warmed through.
