Cooking Instructions

Creamy hot-smoked trout soup with poached trout and baby potatoes

  1. Roast the baby potatoes in an air-fryer for 15 minutes at 180º C. Crush slightly using a potato masher.
  2. Heat the soup according to package instructions. Serve with the roast potatoes and poached trout.

Loadshedding tip: Make a big batch of boiled baby potatoes and keep in the fridge. You can quickly pan fry them when needed.
