Tomato & feta bake

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, to drizzle
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 minced fresh chilli, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, sliced thinly
- 1 400g tin chopped, peeled tomatoes
- Chunks of plain feta
- 2 large firm red tomatoes, chopped

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place a saucepan over a medium to low heat, add olive oil, chopped cloves garlic, chopped fresh chilli and chopped red onion and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the can whole tomatoes and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until thickened.
- Spoon into an ovenproof dish, wedge in chunks of plain feta and tomatoes, quartered, and bake for 20 minutes.
