Ingredients
- 600 ml banana & orange smoothie
- 900 g Queen pineapple, finely diced
- 50 g white sugar
- to serve fresh mint leaves
- basil leaves, to serve

Cooking Instructions
- Pour the smoothies over the sliced pineapple.
- Bash together the sugar and mint.
- Sprinkle over the fruit and scatter over some basil leaves.
