Courgette bacon and feta soup
Ingredients
- 600 g creamy courgette, bacon and feta soup, prepared as instructed
- freshly ground black pepper to serve
- Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle over
- 100 g Woolworths barrel aged Greek style feta
- parsley, roughly chopped to serve
- 35 g Woolworths spicy BBQ pork crackling

Cooking Instructions
- Add soup to a pot to heat up.
- Ladle into serving bowls.
- Top with lightly crushed pork crackling.
- Roughly chop the parsley and sprinkle over the soup.
- Using a microplane, finely shave the feta over.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with black pepper.
- Serve.
