Burnt butter & sage gnocchi

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 30 g fresh sage, chopped
- gnocchi
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Parmesan, grated, for serving

Cooking Instructions
- In a pan over a medium to low heat, melt the butter with the garlic and sage until the mixture turns dark caramel in colour.
- Pat dry the cooked gnocchi and add to the pan. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until the dumplings develop a golden crust.
- Season to taste, then serve directly from the pan, topped with grated Parmesan.
