- Medium rotisserie chicken
- Free range medium rotisserie chicken
- 1,5 kg Roasting vegetables
- 700 g baby potatoes
- Mushroom sauce
- chicken gravy

Cooking Instructions
- Prepare roasting vegetables by placing them on a tray with olive oil.
- Microwave the baby potatoes, smash them and add to the vegetables, add thyme leaves and season with salt.
- Roast at 200°C for 25 minutes.
- Serve with rotisserie chicken and ready-made chicken gravy.
- Secret ingredient: red wine vinegar. Add to roasted vegetables before roasting
