Ingredients
- Tomato bredie cook-in sauce
- 500 g Free range beef cubes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 180 g stir through chilli sauce
- 400 g Tomato bredie cook-in sauce
- 4 potatoes, boiled
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 ClemenGolds
- 1 fennel, shaved thinly
- 3 baby marrow, shaved thinly
- 3 tbsp ClemenGold juice

Cooking Instructions
- Heat up the olive oil, fry beef cubes, add canned tomatoes, stir through sauce, tomato bredie sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Season
- To make the potato mash, combine boiled potatoes with the butter and cream. Season and serve.
- Secret ingredient: ClemenGolds make a good salad. .
