Sugar free-chocolate, energy bark

Ingredients

  • sea salt flakes, to serve
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 4 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 40 g Woolworths simply toasted coconut
  • 2 x 85 g Belgian milk chocolate
  • 2 x 85 g Belgian dark chocolate with cocoa nibs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Melt the dark and milk chocolate separately before swirling together on silicone baking paper. Before the chocolate sets scatter over the toasted coconut, cranberries, almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Scatter over some flaked sea salt and set in the fridge for about an hour before breaking into shards and serving.
