Buffalo Chicken schnitzels

Ingredients
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 4 tbsp plain yoghurt
- grain & lentil salad dressing (comes with the salad)
- 535 g grain & lentil salad
- 700 g Woolworths garlic and herb baby potatoes
- 700 g Woolworths crumbed chicken schnitzels
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2/3 cup Sriracha sauce

Cooking Instructions
- Combine all the sauce ingredients into a pan, then simmer until the sugar melts.
- Cook the schnitzels in the oven as per the cooking instructions.
- Cook the potatoes as per the packet instructions.
- Mix together the dressing ingredients then toss with the potatoes as well as grain and herb salad, then season to taste.
- Place the salad onto each plate.
- Dip the schnitzel into the sauce to coat both sides, then place on top of the salad to serve.
