Spooktacular freak shakes

Ingredients

  • orange sprinkles
  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 3-4 scoops vanilla ice cream (extra for later)
  • honey
  • butter, softened
  • Woolworths diced pumpkin
  • green sprinkles
  • 1 bar milk chocolate, melted
  • a couple of handfuls Woolworths Jeepers creepers soft eyeball jellies, extra for decorating
  • 1 tub vanilla ice cream, softened slightly

Cooking Instructions

To make the eyeball ice cream

  1. Stir through eyeballs (Woolworths Jeepers creepers eyes) through the slightly softened ice-cream and return to the freezer.

To make the candy coated glassware

  1. Dip the rim of the glass into the 1 bar of melted chocolate and gently shake before dipping into the orange and green sprinkles. Place aside to set. 

To make the honey diced pumpkin

  1. Add butter and a little honey tossed through Woolworths diced pumpkin, a pinch of cinnamon and roast at 180°C until cooked through – 20-25 minutes). 

To make the caramel pumpkin shake base

  1. Blend 250 ml diced honey roasted pumpkin and 125 ml coconut milk until smooth. Add ice-cream and blend again until a thick milkshake consistency has formed. 

To assemble

Candy coated glass, caramelised pumpkin shake, eye ball ice-cream.
