Grilled asparagus with lime

Ingredients
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp demerara or brown sugar
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
- 500 g asparagus spears
- 500 g petits pois
- 6 tbsp olive oil

Cooking Instructions
- Preheat a pan to high
- Toss the asparagus with the olive oil and grill, turning them for 3-4 minutes or until bright green and tender. Transfer to a bowl.
- Cook the peas in a saucepan of salted water, then drain and add to the asparagus.
- For the dressing, comine the red pepper, onion, lime juice, olive oil, mint and sugar in a bowl. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the asparagus and peas, and toss to combine.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve.
