Coconut marshmallow rocky road hearts

Ingredients
- 150 g Coconut marshmallows, quartered
- 2 Peppermint crisp bar
- 100 g good-quality milk chocolate
- 100 g Organic dark chocolate and orange
- 8 Tbsp nutella, chilled for 2 hours
- 2 cups beetroot powder
- 50 g Dark chocolate, chopped and melted
- 50 g raw almonds, finely pulsed
- 60 g dried cranberries

Cooking Instructions
- Combine the marshmallow, cranberries, almond and the two chopped peppermint crisp bars in a large bowl.
- Melt the organic chocolate and add to the mixture.
- Pour in the cream and combine.
- Line a heart-shaped baking tin with clingfilm.
- Fill with the chocolate mixture.
- Chill until set.
- Unmould and serve with Nutella or, for a touch of luxury, chocolate ganache.
