New style Norwegian salmon sashimi
Ingredients
- Woolworths Norwegian Salmon Hot Smoked with Pepper & Dill
- 4 red onion, thinly sliced
- pea shoots, for serving
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 lime, halved
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 375 g castor sugar
- 100 g blueberries, halved

Cooking Instructions
- Slice red onions.
- Halve bluberries.
- Peel ginger and slice into matchsticks.
- Add to a bowl with sliced onions.
- Chillies, ginger, sliced garlic.
- And blueberries.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Squeeze half a lime.
- Stir to combine.
- Pour the dressing over sliced hot smoked salmon.
- Top with mint leaves to serve.
