New style Norwegian salmon sashimi

Ingredients

  • Woolworths Norwegian Salmon Hot Smoked with Pepper & Dill
  • 4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • pea shoots, for serving
  • 1 slice fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 375 g castor sugar
  • 100 g blueberries, halved

Cooking Instructions

  1. Slice red onions.
  2. Halve bluberries.
  3. Peel ginger and slice into matchsticks.
  4. Add to a bowl with sliced onions.
  5. Chillies, ginger, sliced garlic.
  6. And blueberries.
  7. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
  8. Squeeze half a lime.
  9. Stir to combine.
  10. Pour the dressing over sliced hot smoked salmon.
  11. Top with mint leaves to serve.
