Ingredients
- 300 g condensed milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 120 g dark chocolate, chopped and melted
- 3 Tbsp salted butter
- flaky sea salt

Cooking Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the water does not touch the bowl.
- Allow the ingredients to melt, stirring occasionally.
- Pour into a large dish and chill for 4–6 hours, or until firm.
- Cut into squares before serving, or wrap up for gifts.
