Creamy scrambled eggs

Ingredients
- 6 large free-range egg, lightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp flaky sea salt
- a crack of black pepper to taste
- a knob of Butter
- chives, finely chopped
- smoked salmon, choppped
- gypsy ham, chopped
- 200 g feta cheese, broken into chunks

Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the crème fraîche, salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick pan over high heat and add the knob of butter. Allow to melt.
- Pour in the eggs and with a rubber spatula, push the eggs from the outside to the centre of the pan continuously, never allowing the egg to catch and burn.
- At this point, add the flavouring of your choice and cook until done to your liking.
- Remove from the pan and serve immediately with warm toast.
