Christmas Pudding Drenched in Honey

Ingredients
- 1 x 900 g classic christmas pudding
- icing sugar, for dusting
- 250 g ready-to-roll icing
- 50 g Wild blossom honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Cooking Instructions
1. Warm the pudding, according to your choice of package instructions.
2. Dust a work surface with icing sugar. Roll the icing onto the dusted work surface.
3. Stamp star shapes into the icing using a cookie-cutter.
4. Combine the honey and ginger.
5. Wrap the base of the warmed pudding with festive ribbon.
6. Place the icing stars on top of the pudding.
7. Drizzle the honey-and-ginger syrup over the top of the pudding.
8. Serve immediately.
