Ingredients
- Smokey BBQ Tangy Mayonnaise
- oil for deep frying
- 350 g green beans
- 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
- Woolworths Asian Tempura flour
- 4 seeded burger buns
- ripe tomatoes
- 150 g spinach
- 4 Tbsp olive pasta sauce
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 500 g beef mince
- 3 Tbsp (plus extra for deep frying) canola oil
- 1 Easy to Cook Smoked Eisbein

Cooking Instructions
Woolworths easy to cook smoked eisbein, prepared as instructed
3T canola oil
500g beef mince, shaped into 4 patties
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4T olive pasta sauce (1T per burger bun)
100g-150g spinach
thick sliced ripe tomatoes
4 Woolies burger buns, toasted in butter
For the tempura green beans:
Woolies tempura flour prepared as instructed, extra tempura flour for dusting
1T sesame seeds
1T black sesame seeds
350g green beans
Oil for deep frying
Smokey BBQ tangy mayonnaise to serve
- Heat the oil over a medium heat. Add the patties to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes before seasoning with salt and freshly ground black pepper and turning over to cook for another 3 minutes.
- Begin layering your burger by spreading some olive pasta sauce on the base of the bun followed by some baby spinach and tomato. Add the beef patty before topping with some of the eisbein that has been thinly sliced. finish with the top of the bun and serve with the tempura green beans
- For the tempura green beans: Heat oil for deep frying: dust the green beans in some flour before carefuly dipping the green beans in the tempura batter and gently dropping in the oil. Allow it to cook for about 1 minute or until crisp. Place on absorbent kitchen paper and season with salt. Drizzle some tangy BBQ mayo over and serve with the burger.
