Marshies Marshmallow tart

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cornflakes
  • 300 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 16 Marshies
  • 1 cup cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the cornflakes in a bowl and add 100 g melted chocolate.
  2. Mix well and press into a 24 cm greased tart pan.
  3. Place the marshmallow eggs on top.
  4. Whisk the cream into the remaining chocolate and pour over the tart making sure you reveal some of the eggs.
  5. Chill for 2 hours until set.
