Chocolate coated Easter popcorn

Ingredients

  • 100 g popcorn
  • 50 g white chocolate, shavings, to decorate
  • speckled eggs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Combine the popcorn with the melted chocolate and speckled eggs and mix well, ensuring all the popcorn is covered with the white chocolate.
  3. Transfer the white chocolate covered popcorn to the prepared tray then flatten out slightly with the back of the spoon.
  4. Place in the fridge and allow to chill until the white chocolate has set.
  5. Serve.
