Chocolate coated Easter popcorn

Ingredients
- 100 g popcorn
- 50 g white chocolate, shavings, to decorate
- speckled eggs

Cooking Instructions
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Combine the popcorn with the melted chocolate and speckled eggs and mix well, ensuring all the popcorn is covered with the white chocolate.
- Transfer the white chocolate covered popcorn to the prepared tray then flatten out slightly with the back of the spoon.
- Place in the fridge and allow to chill until the white chocolate has set.
- Serve.
