Cooking Instructions
- 1,5kg Grabouw boerewors
- 410g mild or hot chakalaka
- 410g baked beans in tomato sauce
- 2tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 8 white hotdog rolls
METHOD:
- To prepare the boerewors, braai over medium coals until cooked, this should take 15-20 minutes.
- For the chakalaka combine the baked beans and mild chakalaka in a pan that you can cook on the braai with, add olive oil and seasoning and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Once the boerewors is ready toast the rolls on the braai, serve warm with boerewors and chakalaka.
