Ingredients

  • 4 x Spicy Red Quinoa, Butternut & Kale Burger
  • 4 x 80 g Our Ultimate Burger Buns
  • 2 x Red Peppers
  • 260 g Vegan Burger Mayonnaise
  • 125 g Basil Pesto
  • Truffle flavoured mayonnaise
  • Canola oil for deep frying
  • Nut and seed sprinkle
  • 60 g Crunchita lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Onion marmalade
  • 150 g Dairy free cheese slices
  • roasted cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Sweet potato, sliced thinly

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare 4 vegetarian patties of your choice on the stovetop or in an airfryer.
  2. Toast 4 of our Ultimate Burger Buns lightly on one side.
  3. Spread our Vegan burger mayonnaise and pesto of your choice inside the top of the bun.
  4. Pile on your patties, along with fennel shavings, 5 baby marrows pan-fried in strips, and 2 sliced red peppers marinated in olive oil and garlic.
  5. Serve with root vegetable fries drizzled with our truffle mayonnaise.
