Watermelon and lemon sorbet stack

Ingredients

  • 1 tub lemon sorbet
  • tequila, to drizzle
  • 2 x 80 g punnet pomegranate rubies
  • 8 slices watermelon, seedless

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut out 4 large rounds from 4 slices of watermelon. With the other 4 slices, cut out 4 medium-sized rounds and 4 small rounds.
  2. Pile up the watermelon discs, with lemon sorbet in between, and scatter over the pomegranate rubies. Drizzle with tequila.
