Chocolate brownie and berry trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 x 360 g can Nestlé Caramel Treat, stirred until smooth
  • 4 Brownies with nuts
  • 250 ml cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 handful mixed frozen berries, thawed

Cooking Instructions

  1. Crumble the nut brownies into a tall tumbler.
  2. Top with the frozen berries and drizzle with the crème de cassis.
  3. Mix the Caramel Treat with a splash of cream until glossy and smooth.
  4. Spoon this mixture on to the berries, top with crystallised kumquat jellies and serve.
