Caramel popcorn and cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup castor sugar
  • A handful torn fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Spumante Rosé Sweet Sparkling Wine
  • 200 g fresh raspberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. Place the raspberries in a bowl.
  2. Pour in sparkling wine. Add mint and sugar
  3. Stir and leave to marinade.
  4. Spoon over portions of Woolworths caramel popcorn and koeksister cheese cake.
